Questions
Can someone with a pacemaker wear a magnetic badge?
Magnets can affect some pacemakers and implanted devices, so we recommend the pin back for anyone with one. You can mix magnet and pin badges in one order.
Do you charge for setup or design?
No. Design setup and a proof are included in every order.
What is the minimum order?
10 badges per order. Existing customers can ask about smaller top-ups for new starters.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) is best. A high-resolution PNG also works.
Can staff order their own badge?
We take orders from one contact per organisation, with all names on one list.

A family-owned business making resin-domed products in Australia since 1995.
For over 30 years our family has printed and domed products for businesses right across Australia. Omega Badges brings that experience to name badges: full-colour print, a clear resin dome and a strong magnetic back, all made here in Australia.
Terms of sale & privacy
The short version: you approve a proof before we make anything, and nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Prices and quotes
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. The website calculator gives an estimate. Your final price is confirmed with your proof, and quotes are valid for 30 days. The minimum order is 10 badges.
Proofs and approval
We send a proof of your badge design and make nothing until you approve it in writing. Names and roles are printed exactly as they appear in the name list you send, so please check spelling before you send it. Mistakes in your name list, or on a proof you approved, are reprinted at the normal price. If we make an error, we reprint it free.
Artwork and logos
By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may adjust artwork so it prints well. Printed colours can vary slightly from how they look on screen.
Payment
New customers pay before production starts. Organisations with an account can pay on a purchase order, on the terms shown on the invoice.
Turnaround and delivery
Orders are made in 5 to 10 business days, counted from proof approval and payment. Delivery is a flat $15 per order to one address in Australia. Delivery times depend on the courier and are not guaranteed.
Will every badge be perfect?
Each badge is printed, cut and domed with poured resin, so very occasionally one can have a tiny speck or a small bubble. We check badges before they’re packed and remake any that aren’t right. If a badge still reaches you with a flaw like this, send us a photo within 14 days and we’ll remake that badge free.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Badges are made to order with your names, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns or cancel an order once production has started. If a badge is faulty or damaged in transit, tell us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Magnet safety
Magnetic badges contain strong magnets. They are not suitable for people with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device; please choose the pin back for them. Keep magnets away from young children, and away from bank cards and electronic devices.
Privacy
We collect your contact details and the staff names you send us only to quote, make, deliver and invoice your order. We don't sell, rent or share them with anyone except the courier delivering your order. Your name list and artwork are stored securely and kept on file so you can reorder; email orders@omegabadges.com.au at any time to see, correct or delete them.
